These terms apply to use of Pierce County Inmate Population. By using the site, a visitor agrees to these conditions. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

Pierce County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Pierce County, Sheriff Keith Swank, the Pierce County Sheriff's Office, any jail, WADOC, BOP, ICE, or any court or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, tenant screening, employment screening, credit checks, or insurance screening under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

What This Website Is

This is a private reference website for Pierce County, Washington inmate and jail-record resources. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court files, or custody data. It cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, post bond, or file documents with a government office.

The site points visitors toward public resources such as the Pierce County Jail page, Pierce County Public Records Request page, WADOC Incarcerated Search, BOP and ICE locators, and third-party research tools.
